Hôtel correct : chambre, salle d'eau, parties communes. Belle piscine, restaurant ok Duty free intéressant pour les alcools.
Aucune plage ce qui est incroyable pour un hôtel sur une île en mer d'Adaman. Prix des excursions très élevés.et nécessite d'un visa pour les îles

La gentillesse du personnel des restaurants et du casino. La bonne organisation des excursions qui sont fabuleuses. Bagagistes efficaces. Chambres propres. Le choix des buffets.
On est en Birmanie et les dépenses se font en baths thailandais, donc problème de taux de change abusifs. Pas de distributeur automatique de billets. Personnel de réception particulièrement mal formé et peu agréable. On laisse des clients mettre leur propre musique (en l’occurrence hard rock) à fond à la piscine sans rien dire. Seulement quatre chaises longues et encore le plastique est cassé ! Belle salle de gym mais la climatisation n'est jamais mise. Les machines du casino sont soit très vieilles (et les billets sont sans arrêt rejetés, soit très modernes mais le choix est limité car ce sont toutes les mêmes. Aucune animation en soirée, on est sur une île où il n'y a rien. Aucune prise en charge à l'aéroport, il faut se débrouiller seuls, idem au retour.
